BRIAN WEBB
Founder & CEO
Texas born and raised, Brian Webb kick-started his career waiting tables and bartending at Saltgrass Steakhouse back in 1998. He then joined Landry’s Restaurants, Inc. as a Corporate Beverage Manager where he oversaw multiple concepts’ beverage programs for many years while moving up the Landry's ladder.
​
He was promoted to Divisional Vice President of Beverage Operations, responsible for all Landry’s Casinos and many Fine Dining concepts through his 22-year tenure with the company.
Brian was awarded his Level One Sommelier Certification with the Court of Master Sommeliers in 2017 and became a member of the VIBE Advisory Council in 2016 before founding Better Beverage Bureau in 2020.

KILEY GARCIA
Senior Account Manager
A San Antonio resident, Kiley Garcia has worked in restaurants and hospitality since her first job many years ago and never looked back. Kiley spent the last decade with Saltgrass Steakhouse, starting as a bartender while she went to college, moved to West Texas and back to begin her time in management, and was promoted to Beverage Operations Manager in 2016 where she oversaw the beverage program, assisted in opening nearly 30 new locations, and perfected the now infamous shimmy.
When not working, Kiley enjoys spending time with her husband, daughters, and rescue pup, preferably near a body of water.

ERICA POOLE
Director of Marketing
Erica, a Houston native, discovered her passion for the hospitality industry while working in operations while studying at Texas A&M University. She brings over 13 years of industry experience to the team including robust knowledge of the third-party marketing agency dynamic, supplier partnerships, brand marketing, and special events. Erica has worked with countless beverage suppliers and brands of all sizes to develop on-premise marketing strategies across all dining channels, ideate innovative beverage promotions, and execute brand activations for operators and suppliers alike.
She loves spicy margaritas, spending time with her family, and any opportunity to express her creativity.

JAMES WALKER
Operations Account Manager
A born and raised Texan, James has spent most of his time in Houston before moving to Dallas in 2020. His entire career has been focused in the restaurant and beverage industry. He was with Rudy’s BBQ in New Braunfels for 10 years where he worked his way to a Managing Partner.
Prior to BBB, he was a Corporate Beverage Manager for Landry's, overseeing beverage programs for a number of fine dining concepts including Willie G’s and Vic & Anthony’s. Having started as a waiter and also managing, James was able to work and understand all facets of the business, and built lasting relationships with staff, clientele, and suppliers.

Outside of work, you’ll most likely find James on a golf course.

KRISTEN O'CONNELL
Junior Account Manager
Born and raised in the suburbs of Dallas, Kristen started her hospitality journey in Denver, Colorado during college. After working in various restaurants, she found her way to Topgolf in 2018 where she quickly rose to bar manager before spending 3 years in a corporate position. Kristen brings to the team an expertise in beverage operations, training, and communication. She is passionate about curating personal and operationally excellent programs using research-backed insights and innovation. She loves analyzing data, being creative, and connecting with people.
When she’s not working or hanging out with her daughter, family, and friends, you can find her reading, spending time outside, or enjoying a strong old fashioned (sometimes all at once).
